Ted Evans

An Associate Broker since 2002, Ted's real estate experience goes well beyond the day to day transactions of real estate. He has been very active in the Williamsburg Area Association of Realtors having served as the President, on the Board of Directors, Chair of Professional Standards Committee and Chair of the Grievance Committee.

In addition to being involved with the local association, he was the Managing Broker for one of the area's largest real estate firms from 2009-2015. Reviewing thousands of contracts over this timeframe has provided him with invaluable insight into contract negotiations as well as consumer behavior.
