What’s My Home Worth?

It’s easy to understand why today’s consumer might have conflicting thoughts about the housing market. With a variety of stories in the news, it can be very difficult to decide if this is – or is not – a good time to sell your home.

As I have always said “real estate is local” and your decisions should be based on local information. The housing market in the Williamsburg area has been very strong and will probably remain so for quite some time due to the inventory shortage. We are continuing to see many homes that are priced right and in good condition sell at or above list price.

Recently I provided a current CMA to many of my previous clients in order to help them understand today’s real estate market and the current value of their home.
