Return on investment for home remodeling projects

Many homeowners are staying in their home longer than anticipated due to higher interest rates and have decided to update or renovate until they are able to sell. As a result, many homeowners want to improve their home’s value but want to make sure that they will eventually get a good return on their investment.

If you find yourself thinking about a home remodeling project and are curious to know more about how likely you are to get a good return on your investment, the National Association of Realtors conducted a survey and the results are below.

As with anything real estate related each situation is unique. Call/text me if you are in need of contractors to help you with any remodeling projects or if you simply want to get a feel for whether or not you are likely to get your money back from the projects you are considering.
